she didnt make it a pity party about herself, she did her due diligence and fixed the issue, and presented the entire thing in a way that showed she was reading the comments, listening to feedback, and was proactive in fixing it, rather then letting it fester until the issue becomes problematic.

Molly Burke just made a video about how years ago, she called out a phrase going around the beauty community as being (unintentionally) ableist. Nikkie's company had a product with that phrase as the name and they reached out to Molly/changed the product name. Even though (to my knowledge) she never called them out specifically. Already had so much respect for her, but that added to it even more! 👏
