@aflavorofspain: We visited Bodega Casa Sicilia in Novelda for a wine tasting. We tried three of their wines. The Cecilia blanc was light and crisp. The rosé was soft, with just a hint of fruit. Cesilia Roble - it was too young — it needed more time. A short tour is included. A walk through the 18th century farmhouse, a look at the bottling room and the vineyards. The wines we tasted were simple, not standout — next time, I’d pay a little more to try their premium range.
