An extra change of clothes for YOU in the diaper bag or car haha those pukes and blow outs are unexpected and you’ll need a change too! In the cart - snacks, burp rags, binkies, hakaa, nursing bra pads for leaks, and a good book ☺️

Teacher to teacher….dont overthink or overplan. I know we teachers are used to doing that but having your own baby and your own postpartum life is different. Less is more. Newborns need a lot less than we think.

Make sure you have a water bottle with a bendy enough straw to take a sip while laying down! Have approximately 100 burp cloths in every room you’ll be with baby😆 Tucks pads are amazing for the bathroom stuff the first couple weeks. On the go postpartum bag just bring the basics - maxi pads, tucks pads & extra underwear/pants in case you bleed through. Also a good idea for you and dad to keep an extra shirt in the diaper bag in case of a big spit up or blow out in public!

I keep my cart in The bathroom because I don’t have a shelf in there and it’s a lifesaver for all my care supplies 💕

I would definitely put the pads and the peri bottle on top so you don't have to twist or bend down then if you are doing disposable underwear or something similar I would do that on the 2nd shelf. then just extra items on the bottom

I’m delivering my 2nd child on Wednesday and I got the same cart! I’m setting up my pumping stuff on the top shelf, diapers on second shelf, and burp cloths on the bottom. I’m going to take the cart around the house with me so I don’t have to get up if I have a sleeping baby on me!

I would actually say don’t put anything on it yet. You’ll know what you need when it happens. It’s different for everyone.

You’ll be feeding, burping, changing diapers every few hours around the clock for awhile. You’ll want several areas in your house to do this routine. On the living room cart I kept a bottle of water and snacks for me cuz once baby is feeding it’s hard to get up.

I used the cart for diapers, wipes, all baby essentials and wheeled it around the house. It was so helpful! I also recommend a wheeled bassinet. Little man could stay close while I worked around the house. And he also Loved being parked by the window

Yes!! The cart! I would put it next to your bed or in your room/ baby's room.. wherever you'll be nursing most. Fill it with..Snacks like almonds, crackers, protein bars for midnight nursing sessions.. Water bottle that is always full! Nursing pads Nipple cream Burb clothes Diapers and wipes Butt cream Nose Frieda and parts Thermometer Baby jammies! That would be my best recommendation for the cart! For the bathroom .. get another one or a smaller basket.. fill with peri bottle, pads, undies, etc, for mom!🫶 Next to the toilet!

I kept diapers or anything I would need quickly pacis, creams, lotions bulb suckers, later it evolved into a cart we kept some of the twins small toys and rattles on the bottom shelf. Now that they are in their own room I have that cart in my room with everything stocked for bath time pjs diapers lotions and the bottom shelf now hold some book on it

DERMABLAST was my BFF after both my deliveries. looking back i think I would have purchased the incontinence underwear instead of having to use pads.

I'm going to use my cart for breastfeeding and diaper changing. I have a basket in each bathroom for my stuff. Breastfeeding things: pump, nipple balm, breastfeeding pads, haaka/ladybugs, nursing cover, hot/cold packs, an extra shirt, SNACKS, room for my water bottle on top. Diaper change essentials: waterproof changing pad liners, diapers, wipes, butt cream, cream spatula, 1 extra set of clothes with Mittens & socks, nose sucker, nail clippers, hand sanitizer, Vaseline, Burp cloths. I would put the extra clothes and things you won't use as frequently on the bottom.

Cart- snacks, water bottle, pump + pump parts, wipes, diapers, burp cloths, changing pad, phone charger, a light of some sort (sometimes the pumps have lights on them), nipple cream, diaper rash cream, extra baby clothes, and a shirt or two for you.

In bathroom: I have the bin they gave me in hospital with pads; witch hazel, tucks, aloe Vera, and those squirt bottles. I made padsicles (made about 30-40) and just kept in freezer and grabbed on before I needed. Simple is better. I’m 3 wks pp, and only use smaller pads nows.
