I saw that people in japan who do the actual ceremonies are scared about ceremonial matcha becoming a fad…it’s not being used for its intended purpose (cultural traditional ceremonies) and causing supply shortages.

It is VERY bitter that’s the thing and you need a large amount of sweetener to make it taste good and I like the bitter flavor of every matcha I’ve tried except this one😭
