Very good, never take a calcium supplement. Only get through food. Never take Magnesium at night because it blocks calcium and it doesn’t move. Calcium only moves at night. PERIOD!! Magnesium in the morning with D-k to put calcium in the bones and out of the blood.

family dr says you have high cholesterol im calling you in a statin. I said no thank you. he said what do you mean no? I said what part of NO THANK YOU didn't you understand? he said Im not used to my patients saying no. I said well here's to the first. no statin drug here

I was just put on statins because my cholesterol was 253 or close and I have build up in my artery just under 50%. And my endo is constantly pushing me on calcium levels. So is that calcium buildup in my artery instead of plaque? I didn't want to get on the statin but I caved, because my dad had blockage and 2 strokes.

I don’t agree with this. I had 70% blockage in my carotid arteries. My cholesterol has been high for years. Doc put me on a statin and my blockages are down to less than 10% after a year.
