And when you do like extensions, try doing pulses after you’re done with your reps so do like a pulse of 10 to 15 you will feel the burn and it will help with your quads growing

By the looks of it when you’re pushing back up, it looks like your knees are caving in, which could be why you’re not feeling it in your outer quads .. I recommend either getting a shoe with a flat bottom like vans or Converse or even try without shoes. I promise you you’ll feel a difference your shoes play a big role on leg day.
