@ashbaber: mango and passionfruit ice cream sandwiches 🥭🍪 made using incredible ingredients at even better prices from @Aldi UK #ad #aldiuk ingredients: 120g salted butter 100g soft light brown sugar 100g granulated sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1 egg yolk 250g plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 150g white chocolate, chopped Plus some aldi mango and passion fruit ice cream - melt the butter, then add both sugars and vanilla, whisk - add the egg and egg yolk, whisk - add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and white chocolate. mix until combined - get 60g of this dough and roll into a ball. repeat until you have used all of the dough - leave these cookie dough balls to chill in your fridge for 1 hour - pre-heat your oven to 180c - bake the cookies on baking paper lined trays for 16-20 minutes - leave them to cool completely - get scoops of ice cream and sandwich these between the cookies - enjoy :)
