these are absolutely excellent core conditioning drills. I had some disc herniation and this is how I got my core strength back and healed myself. I feel so much better thank you

this is good for me. I never gave birth but i have diastasis recti, a surgeon told me it was very very pronounced my stomach wall broke while lifting a heavy item at a job I had and I have IBS. it looks like im constantly pregnant of many months. I'll save them and try them out.
