To be fair the reason that’s spread is because that is literally what is on his death certificate but I think that’s just because the writers didn’t know how big a child his age should be lmao. It also says he was 80 something pounds

I had to look up the measurements bc I'm not american. 1,60 m (5'4") seems pretty average height for a 15 years old kid, BUT he was severely malnourished, so I think he would be more a mix of the two, since 1,37 m (4'6") is like a 10 years old kid height. I feel like 1,50 (4'11") whould have more sense than the other two
