Worship ministry is not a concert, it’s a calling. 2. Your Private Worship Fuels Your Public Ministry Hindi mo madadala ang buong congregation kung sarili mong puso, empty. Before ka tumugtog o kumanta, dapat si Lord muna ang audience mo in private. What flows from the stage starts in the secret place. 3. Ego is the Enemy of the Anointing Let’s be honest, masarap ang claps, ang “Ang ganda ng boses mo!”, o ang “Solid ng tugtog!” Pero every compliment is a test: Ibalik mo ba kay Lord ang glory, or kinain mo? Ministry without humility is just noise. 4. You Don’t Have to Be Perfect, Just be Willing and Available. Hindi mo kailangan maging perfect singer or the best musician. Si Lord ang bahalang mag-anoint. Your “Yes, Lord” means more than perfect pitch. Remember, David wasn’t the strongest among his brothers, but he was the one after God’s heart. Kaya huwag kang mahiya kung hindi ka kasing-galing ng iba. Ang mahalaga, handa kang magpagamit. God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called. Kaya kung iniisip mo na “hindi ako enough,” tandaan mo: ang pinakaimportante kay Lord ay yung nagsasabi ng, “Here I am, Lord, use me.” Sa huli, hindi skill ang nagbabago ng buhay ng tao sa worship kundi presence ng Diyos. 5. Teamwork in the Spirit = Heaven on Earth Masaya mag-serve with a team na may iisang goal: to glorify God. Hindi competition, kundi collaboration. Hindi lang ka-harmony, ka-prayer warrior din. Unity in the team leads to clarity in worship. Worship ministry is not just a task, it’s a lifestyle. Every chord, every lyric, every silent prayer before the song begins… lahat ‘yun ay offering kay Lord.
