Despite facing poverty, they stayed together through everything. When a storm destroyed their boat, they were given temporary shelter in Diocletian’s Palace, where they spent their final days holding each other in the dark, damp halls. The restaurant was founded in 2019 by their family and serves modern Dalmatian cuisine with heart, history, and local wine.
