I'm 52 and I couldn't agree more. Civility, decorum, respect and compromise is now considered WOKE. There's no shame or accountability for bad behavior and intrusive thoughts (that should be kept quiet) are on full blast. It's disheartening

I think this message would land with more impact from a lower middle class person (instead of the actress who keeps all her outfits and shoes from production in archival storage). The societal anger partially comes from a widespread erosion of safety, stability, and opportunity.
