so what happens when you have hEDS, DIE, pots, mcas? I feel like im dying lol and when my period comes its a week of hell prior, week of hell during, and then a week of recovery. almost losing my entire month... every month. 🤣

The most important thing people like us can do is to cleanse the liver!! Estrogen, histamine, and the liver all work in one big cycle together and most of us who are eating the American diet do not have healthy livers.

so EDS is basically the umbrella that all my comorbidities fall under... got it lol. I just got diagnosed with pots. waiting on a formal diagnosis for eds but 99% sure I have it.

I really think I have elder danlos this makes soo much sense for me :( i literally feel dead I can’t function and im so beyond tired. My pain shoots through the roof and I just wanna give up.. idk how to get rest for elder danlos though cuz i have minimal symptoms but i still notice them and i have ADHD so I know sometimes they go hand in hand so im not even sure what to tell my doc :/

What about cyclical vomiting? I possibly have hEds, pots, and mcas. I end up in the er or hospitalized frequently.. they give me fluids, electrolytes, and nausea/anxiety meds.
