Another option to spice it if you don’t have or can’t afford spices is to get a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. It’s a couple of bucks and you only need a tiny bit so you can use it for other things 🥰

Those japanese peanuts are called mexican peanuts in japan, because they were actually invented in mexico by a japanese immigrant. Try them with some hot sauce like valentina and you’ll never go back

I've been eating boiled chicken for months now. It's one of those lean proteins that is GERD friendly (I still had issues though). Turns out I have a hatial hernia. Being back on meds help. But don't hate on the boiled chicken. sometimes it's the only thing people on some dietaries can eat.
