okra cooks fast no reason to put in the rice. just olive oil garlic less than 2 minutes unless you like baby food

This is most definitely a must try. I’m not a big Oprah fan because I do not like the slims. There’s a rice Takeaway the slimy that goes along with okra. Is the okra still firm after all of this?
