Brakes are a nightmare on these. I have a 95 and I have had to replace pretty much everything. Mine sat for 5 years and wish I would’ve just replaced the whole system at once. Would’ve saved a lot of time and $.

the boat i just got was the same way, sat for 3 years, didn't run and also has no brakes i solved 2 of those 3 problems just can't figure out the brakes🤔

550 rpm is actually pretty good. has its advantages such as reduced wear and less fuel waste at lights and stuff. plus, if that is where the engine naturally sits, leave it be.

careful if gotta replace those tires. them rims are dangerous so would have to probably change out the spindle for a different rim

I am going to say the motor is bad. Very common problem. This brake system on those trucks suck. One thing i will tell you is your local napa can get almost all the brake parts.

I have a 93 f700 same setup with it sitting for so long chances are electric motor is shot and also I have had to change my brake master cylinder multiple times after winter which I don’t drive it normally from end of October till the snow and salt is gone and the seals in master cylinder go. Napa will have most parts for the Lucas brakes and or try fleet pride in Lawrenceville they had had the hydraulic parking brake cans

do you have power present at the relay connector? on some models, the relay control gets ground from the master cylinder switch and power from the flow switch at the hyro booster. check it out
