Ingredients • Steak (sirloin, flank, or top round) • Salt • Black pepper • Fresh garlic • Your favorite teriyaki sauce • Red bell pepper • Green bell pepper • Purple onion Instructions • If you prefer, rinse the meat with white vinegar and water. Pat it dry with paper towels. • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a generous amount of teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add some olive oil. • Add the steak to the pan, cover, and let it cook until most of the liquid evaporates. • Pour in the remaining marinade from the bowl and cook for another 10 minutes. • Stir in the sliced peppers and onions, cooking for about 5 more minutes until slightly softened. • Serve with white rice, broccoli, and avocado—or pair it with your favorite sides!
