I’ve been making apple cake for years, with just cheap vanilla cake mix and a tin of apples. Mash the apples up a little through the cake mix, bake at 160° 40 minutes. Delicious! Add chopped walnuts to the mix, a bit of cinnamon through and cinnamon sugar on top - even yummier! 🥰

yes! add M&Ms or use the Vanilla or Butter Mix for a quick way to make Jam Finger Print Cookies or Lemon Curd. I added Chocolate Quik powder last week and some Coconut
