I'm a LEO and it amazes me that there are still officers and deputy's out there that still believe what this man is saying and think they can stop whomever they want for no reason and demand their I.D .

This video leaves way too much out. However, if the driver stated this isn’t the van you’re looking for. We can deduce that some type of crime happened and this van matches the description. In which case the stop would become completely legal. However, the second the officer finds out this van is not the same one he was looking for he can no longer legally detain the driver and the driver is free to leave at any time. But no one can actually know the point in which he figures out this isn’t the correct van. It’s not based off the viewer’s point of view. It’s based off the officers perception.

No, you cannot. That’s not the law you gotta do a crime to get pulled over. They get pulled over for nothing and didn’t no fraction or nothing and he admitted right on video that he can stop a person and ask for ID and that’s not true he asked for supervisor he telling him and he ain’t even got on the uniform so how we know if you are officer, that’s the question. That is the question.👀👀👀😱😱😱🤣😂🤣😂
