There can be multiple reasons as to why you aren’t seeing fat loss progress even though you feel like you’re doing everything “right.” I have the body type that✨ gains fat ✨really easily and trust me I have tried so many different things to experience fat loss while keeping my figure and here are some things that definitely hindered my progress🥹  ✨Dieting (oh my goodness lol) I definitely have tried all of the diets under the sun, and although I have seen results from some of them, none of them stuck so in the end, it didn’t really matter 😂😂😂😭 the keto diet was the longest one I stuck with. I did that for a year, but after I started eating carbs again, I gained A LOT of weight back because I didn’t know how to control myself. Now I legit can’t live without carbs, and I have experienced more fat loss than I ever have before in my life!  ✨Diet pills/ supplements  UGH. THIS ONE. Honestly, these can be really detrimental to your health and fitness journey. I know everyone wants a “quick fix” 😶but the truth of the matter is, these can come with serious downsides. these suppress your appetite, most of the time and once you stop taking them, you can rebound really hard and gain a lot of weight afterwards. ✨ Excessive cardio  When you do a lot of cardio and don’t lift weights, you will lose weight BUT you’ll lose muscle weight as well. If you are really wanting to tone and sculpt your body while experiencing fat loss at the same time, you have to pick up those weights!! 🏋🏽‍♂️ I know it can be scary at first, but ASK FOR HELP. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself or do an exercise incorrectly and not get anything out of the work out!
