@leannewardnutrition: 5 things I wish someone whispered in my ear as a busy woman trying to support my hormones, nourish my gut and drop some body fat… 1. You don’t need to be perfect, you need to be consistent. All-or-nothing thinking is exhausting and unsustainable. The women who get the best results are the ones who keep showing up, not the ones who do it perfectly. 2. Coffee isn’t breakfast. If you want better energy, balanced hormones and fewer cravings… you need real food in the morning. Think protein, fibre, and colour, not just caffeine and chaos. 3. Skipping meals and over-snacking is sabotaging you. Most women undereat during the day, then overeat at night or on the weekends. Your body needs structure, not starvation followed by snack attacks. 4. Gut issues aren’t fixed with a detox or a powder. Bloating, constipation, irregularity and IBS symptoms usually point to deeper issues like stress, dysbiosis, or low digestive capacity and they need a tailored plan, not a quick fix. 5. You can lose fat and support your hormones at the same time. But it takes structure, strategy, and support. Most women try to wing it and wonder why nothing changes. ⚡ If you’re ready to stop guessing and start seeing results, check out my amazing team of highly experienced dietitians inside the Leanne Ward Nutrition Virtual Clinic — get a custom plan and support without the overwhelm. You don’t need to hustle harder. You need a plan that’s tailored to you. 🤍

and most people can do it 👀👩🏼‍🦱 ‼️ this will work on anyone who already has wavy / curly hair (even if you have the slightest wave, it can help to define them!🌊) this unfortunately won’t work on hair that’s completely straight ➰ this technique is called finger rolling and is a popular styling technique to achieve defined and uniform ringlet curls (it’s my personal fave and I find it super easy and quick nowadays) here’s a detailed explanation on how to finger roll: 💫 make sure your hair is fully wet, not damp! if you try this technique on damp hair your hair will be less smooth and likely fail to roll around your fingers 💫 if your hair needs the moisture, add a curl cream or leave-in before finger rolling. this will also make your hair smoother and therefore, easier to style 💫 use your index and middle finger, guiding your fingers down the strand. then wrap your index finger beneath the hair strand and roll up to your roots (the video demo is much easier to understand - it’s very difficult to describe!) ✨ 💫 release your fingers gently from the curl clump, and then if you want more volume, scrunch the excess water from the clump afterward 💦 💫 for extra hold, you can scrunch a gel of your choosing into the curl clumps. this will help provide long-lasting definition 🫶🏼 💫 then air dry or diffuse your hair until dry (I diffuse on low heat, medium speed as it takes my hair AGES to air dry!) 🫶🏼 remember that this technique takes practice and you may not get your desired results the first time you try it! that’s all! If you have any questions then feel free to leave a comment or send me a DM 💫✨🏆 I hope this helped! 🫶🏼
