I don’t make stuffed pasta often enough these days (parenthood?!), but I’m feeling inspired and wanted to share this visual tutorial on how you can make several different types of stuffed pasta. Some of these do require tools, however plenty of them just need a knife or simple cookie cutter to achieve. One of my favourite tools when making stuffed pasta is a basic cookie cutter, the ones that come with both a sharp and a rounded, smooth edge. I use the rounded side to help press air from the filling, neaten up the filling shape, mark my place on the sheeted dough, and of course as a cutter, too. Highly recommend getting yourself a set!
