The ambulance is at fault 100%. They are required to use due regard and slow or stop at all intersections to clear said intersection if they have a red light. That man has a nice law suit and will win

doesn't matter if a witness saw lights if the video footage shows the lights are off then the footage is truth.

The ambulance did NOT plow into the car.. The car hit the driver side of the ambulance.. 🤦🏻♂️

they have to spot before taking the light they have the right of way in an emergency but they still can't just blow the light plus crew the witness there is video

Honestly, the ambulance is at fault. Whether we have lights/sirens on, we always need to use Due Regard. Hell, that started because of Michael Monteclavo back in 1989 in Lorain, Ohio. Plus, Ohio law (2004) emer gency vehicles are required to slow down as necessary for safety and “proceed cautiously” through a stop sign or red light.

lights on or not you can't go flying into an intersection when you have a red light. you show down and make sure everyone sees you and it's yielding before you proceed
