@clarisamurillo: Cancer - Hospice Care Day 5 ❤️ Being here for my dad during hospice care has changed me in ways I can’t fully explain. He’s fighting stage 4 cancer with so much strength — even now, when his body is tired, he will not give up. Every day, I do what I can. I help him sit up when he needs to breathe better. I clean his face, hold his hand, adjust his pillows, make sure he’s as comfortable as possible. I learn more about patience, about love, and about what it means to truly show up for someone especially when they need it most. Watching him like this is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But it’s also one of the most meaningful. This is sacred time. I don’t take any of it for granted. My dad has always been my hero — strong, hardworking, loving, full of faith. And now, in his quietest moments, I see just how deep that strength really goes. To anyone who’s been through this, or is going through it now — my heart is with you. Hospice isn’t just about endings. It’s about love, dignity, and being present for every moment that matters. Please keep my dad in your prayers. And please, take care of your health.
