It’s the display board, moisture gets behind the knob and the machine thinks the person is turning the knob during a cycle, I work for Hotpoint it is very common

mine is same. it's drum off balance alert. I rock mine a bit while it's spinning and it stops beeping but it eventually comes back

Front pcb is damaged. Common fault with them. Liquid has dripped onto the pcb behind the control panel. £90 for a new one

I had the same washing machine and it did the same thing. It was insured. They come out to replace it. It’s where bits of water splashing and just moisture from the drawer gets onto the control board. Bit of a design fault if you ask me had nothing but problems with that washing machine

did you find out what it was? mine has been doing it for weeks and I ignored it and now im geting the F05 error and it won't drain unless I take the draining pipe off the sink 😂 i have absolutely gutted and cleaned the sink pipe and theres nothing blocking! im stumped 😩

Dk about beeping but you don’t need a near 3hr wash for dark clothes that mental . (&your spin is off) something like. 60*c 1 hour ish is more than enough for a 9kg machine
