Could AT have known who the leakers were? Could she have been aware of any other prosecutorial misconduct? Could the judge pointing out that she took another case in court have actually been used to prove ineffective counsel?

This case is riddled with secrets, lies and corruption. From the 911 to the coroner's ineptitude, to Payne's paraphrased PCA, to the connection to Kopacka, to the sheath, to Hippler's denial of most of the defenses motions, to the Prosecution's statement at the plea hearing and so much more. The Plea was definitely discussed and prepared. The plea statement document even had a June date was left blank and then slashed with July written over June (not initialed I might add.) I honestly, thought AT was setting BK up with a PCR, but the PCR was waived. Moscow (and maybe Boise) Idaho's foundations seems built on some deep secrets and lies.

I feel like the roommates were never looked at as suspects and what I mean by that is by the LE, bc and those interviews it never appeared that they didn't believe her, and there was no questioning beyond just getting statements from her. Unless a bunch of it was sealed up once again. I also feel that the way that they handled the case, made the roommates look suspect to the public for those that question it.
