Yep, it's all about collecting the goodwill money from people. Not doing good. The stores that donate get a tax break. The non-profit gets millions and don't give the drivers of a living wage. They got the money and just need to put on a show.

This is why community & religious (as long as they leave their religion out of it, which most do) shelters, missions, & food banks should handle the homeless outreach & get most of the funding. Government agencies just waste money & resources.
