Chicken Oil par - Chicken Skin (1 kilo) - Whole peppercorn (1 tsp) - Garlic (5-8 cloves) - Laurel leaves (3-5 pcs) - Salt (1/2 tsp) - Atsuete (2 tbsp) Yield: Around 300ml of Chicken Oil Instructions: 1. Clean the chicken skin very well 2. Put the chicken skin in a pan 3. Add Garlic, Laurel leaves, whole peppercorn & salt 4. Cover and simmer in low heat until the oil render 5. You may adjust the heat to make the chicken skin crispy but don’t burn it because it will make the oil dark 6. Remove the cooked chicken skin 7. Place atsuete in a strainer then out it in the oil (low heat) 8. Once done, filter the oil using a fine strainer 9. Let it cool then transfer to a container #chickenoil #chickeninasal #inasal
