I hate that so many pricey brands have shit packaging (CT, Nars, Fenty etc.) In terms of packaging I would recommend Lisa Eldridge or Victoria Beckham level packaging 😭😭😭

It was a very bad experience. I ordered products from your website, and one of them was a damaged lip liner—half empty and half full. They refused to take it back, saying the reason was that it was used, even though the defect was in the packaging, as the photos clearly show. I contacted them the moment I received the order, and the next day the delivery person came, but they still refused to accept it. This was one of my worst experiences, even though I always order from you. When I encountered this problem, I realized that your after-sales service is poor and unprofessional, especially since I sent them photos proving the product was defective.
