Bake Instructions👇 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil & spray with oil. 2️⃣ Toss cauliflower florets with oil + seasonings. Spread on one half of the baking sheet. 3️⃣ In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. 4️⃣ In the same bowl used for cauliflower, whisk the egg. 5️⃣ Dip chicken nuggets in egg, then coat in almond flour mix. Lay on the other half of the baking sheet. 6️⃣ Bake for 12 mins ➡️flip nuggets & cauliflower ➡️bake another 12-16 mins until crispy. 7️⃣ Toss nuggets in buffalo sauce. 8️⃣ Serve with side salad + optional dairy-free ranch.
