I can vouch we were adding a lift when the ball joint fell out I said nope don’t want that trash took the 33s off and sold them replaced all control arms and left it alone

While I agree they’re trash…. Most stuff on these trucks are trash these days. BUT, under intended operation, that upper ball joint hardly ever has that much pressure in that direction. Again. I agree, they’re trash, but that test is a little misleading.

this is absolute joke by gm. cool to see you guys do this test! I had my ball joint pop out on the middle of a lake ice fishing last year 40+ miles from much civilization. had a buddy bring me a new uca and fixed it on the lake. 23 minimax with 38k miles
