@foodbyarii: Lazy coconut cake🤍 •200g lotus biscuits (roughly crushed) •100g unsalted butter (melted) •200g sweetened condensed milk •40–50g coconut •60–80g chopped hazelnuts •Zest of 1 orange •80g white chocolate + 2 tbsp milk •Instructions: 1. Crush the Lotus biscuits into coarse pieces and place them in a large bowl. 2. Add the shredded coconut, chopped hazelnuts, and orange zest. Mix well. 3. Pour in the melted butter and mix until all dry ingredients are coated. 4. Add the condensed milk. Mix until you get a sticky, moldable dough. 5. Shape the mixture into a log on parchment paper, wrap it tightly, and twist the ends like a candy. 6. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until firm. •To decorate: 7. Melt white chocolate with 2 tablespoons of milk over low heat. 8. Brush the melted white chocolate over the salami. 9. Roll the salami in shredded coconut to coat. 10.
