I'd say use whatever acrylic paint you like, you just need to thin it out a little.

No… craft paints lack pigmentation and you will end up have to put on a ton of coats to get decent coverage..

I recommend getting some narrow nosed snippers to cut them out, an exacto knife to better get rid of the screws, if you have a standing magnifying glass with a light that helps. As for paints, the acrylics should be fine, at worse you may have to thin them with a little water

you'll probably want a retardant for the paint bc when you're working that small acrylic paint drys so dang fast.

I would have to look but i am 95% sure that Citadel colors are Acrylic. Oh and ofc beware of the Nuln Oil curse. No one ever bought and actually used it. It always gets spilled

Tamia plastic glue. And the immortals are a bit tricky to put together.. they are an older kit.. I love my necrons!! I may have my paint scheme colors written down somewhere if you like

Acrylic paint is what’s needed to paint them but make sure to add water to thin them so you don’t have thick blobs of paint

Grab a Necron Codex. It’ll explain the rules for the different weapon options. Help you choose between which pews. Super glue or plastic glue will work. Get a small knife to scrape mold lines.
