In this chat, I've seen replies: - 2 times a day- before breakfast and after dinner. - Take after each meal, which could be 3 times a day. Could you clarify how it should be taken, please?

I got this. It works…I was taking the tumeric and cinnamon with honey ….Ive taken the berberine alone…so all of it together is a powerful combo and so far I I was right…. I didn’t buy mine from here tho 😏
