@mostlyoldies: In 1985, John Fogerty released “The Old Man Down the Road.” But his former label sued him, claiming it sounded too much like “Run Through the Jungle,” a Creedence Clearwater Revival song he also wrote. Fogerty fought back and proved he wasn’t copying himself.
