Born and raised in Jersey (Ogdensburg, Sussex County) and going down the shore is spot on! Seaside and Island Beach State Park were my go to in high school in the late 70’s! Now when we visit, we go to Stone Harbor. We live in NC now, but Jersey will always be home!

North Jersey we say “down the shore”. I thought all Neesey said it just like Taylor Ham and Cheese. Only to find out about the divide through social media. South Jersey says they go to the beach just like Pork Roll. Btw I’m exiting 135 LOL

153B off the GSP - that's where I grew up! I could see the WPAT towers from my house. Headed to Point Pleasant for annual family reunion before the summer is over - and yes to "down the shore" in the summer. 😊
