Could not agree more. I saw it last night with my son and we both were thoroughly entertained. And I have to say that Green Lantern stole every scene that he was in and I think he needs his own movie. But this movie did not take itself too seriously, it had a lot of humor and it really was satisfying to watch. I felt that the recent Superman movies were a bit dark and not very comic book-ish and this one was just a lot of fun.
