Tried it for 4 weeks. Lost 2 pounds.... the end. I didn't expect "magic," but I did expect more than 2 pounds since I was also starting an exercise program along with it. I think it might be because of the carbs in the tea. I did get the pills though. So I'm going to give that a shot
