Replaced pads that are still like new…. This is why I do my own work !!

Didnt clean caliper bracket, didnt clean wheel hub surface, didnt lube hardware, didnt lube pads, didnt clean and re lube slide pins, didnt open bleeder when pushing calipers back, only used impact on bolts and never hand checked. Also replaced pads that still had 8mm on them
