this happened to my neighbor. Family was in Latvia. Wife died from heart attack. They had her cremated locally and took the ashes home for a service. Seems like a more practical option.

If you travel often funeral homes sell Travel Protection insurance. The insurance is relatively inexpensive compared to what you will pay to get your loved one home.

Thanks for this video. perfect timing. My in-laws just went to Ireland for a vacation. Even though my father-in-law is dying of cancer, he refused to lose all the money he spent on the flights And hotel that he paid for a year ago.

also get travel insurance that covers all eventuallys don't skip it no matter how old or young medical and death care abroad can be very very very expressive
