Here’s why
• spikes cortisol (chronically elevated cortisol can disrupt hormones, ur cycle, and slow recovery) 
• Your body may burn muscle instead of fat (now Ik that’s not what we want) 
• Blood sugar can crash mid-workout, leading to dizziness, fatigue, and poor performance. Women’s bodies thrive on stability and nourishment, not deprivation.
