it's actually an in-game ARG!! if you go to Hollywood Boulevard after you beat the game and all it's side quests and enter the building on the eastern most end of the street you will actually found that I've wasted your time!!

That's Tracy Williams, a possible suspect/witness you interview in the 8th case. At first she tells you the truth but you have to doubt some of her later answers and that's when the game chimes and you unlock a room in her house. Then you go to the closet in the room and open it to find nothing because she's not actually in the game.
