In 2009, Albert Pernsley’s life was forever changed. After surviving a robbery at gunpoint, he made a split-second decision to protect his life — one that led to a third-degree murder conviction and 10.5 years inside the PA Department of Corrections. When Albert was released in 2019, opportunities were scarce… but purpose wasn’t. He and his wife Demi took their last savings and built Crown Me Fit, LLC... A gym, yes, but also a movement. A safe space. A second-chance system for people reentering society. A place where limits don’t exist. This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about freedom. It’s about redemption.
