Yesterday we had a pt show 17 min into their 40 min appt..that we had already cancelled when they were 10 min into (after we called first) and they threw a fit and demanded to be seen. 🤷🏽♀️

I had a woman come in and sit in the lobby for 4 hours because she was demanding to see the dentist. We closed around her and told her we were going home and she could come back when we had time. Didn’t believe me until the lights were all off in the back
