the 2 months of pay isn't severance. they make it seem like it is but it's MANDATORY for them due to the WARN act. they get around providing people 60 days notice of a layoff by just "paying them for the 60 days" don't give them any credit for paying it when they HAVE TO

If you're in Redmond, I'm right next door going through the same thing now except my effective date isn't for another month. Entire dept outsourced overseas. It's like a death march every day, morale is awful.
