For mine I’ve kept it out of the sun the last year and massage the area morning and night to promote blood flow. Also lots of Vaseline 😅 so far I’ve seen some improvement but they’ll always be there

Silicone tape and you can keep it on for a week. It is a little pricey.

I agree! I wasn’t prepared for how hard the post op is. I knew it because I know a lot of people who have done it including my mom; but boy oh boy, didn’t think I realized it it’s so bad

Still super early i used mederna for a gnarly scar on my knee and shoulder from being run over it helped lighten it but one part keloid but it’s way better i feel bad i not used anything
