people who are rude to a restaurants customers due to gratuity should get fired. businesses don't want to lose $700 next time the customer needs an order prepared. it's a tip, not a service fee.

basically all the money is being retained by the corporations. the shareholders and management are getting the money not employees that's what is confusing people. they think because they do the work they get paid for that

That is your job she should have been tipped.Realize that is a restaurant’s responsibility to PAY their employees a decent wage.Why does it fall in the customer responsibility.

Should they have tipped yeah, is it required no. She should have discussed it with her managers or the owners and not posted on social media(a lot of businesses have rules about this) I think its rare for people to tip on take orders but yes they should have on one this large, since she was fired probably didn't get anything from the tip either
