What’s the best way to take it? It says quarter teaspoon in water, how much water? Can you just add half a teaspoon to Stanley you drink through the day?

Me too. After two days, I noticed my left eye stopped watering when I stepped outside. I am not sure if it’s due to the drops but we will see.
