I don't mean this in a bad way. but everytime you start a video you call yourself a looser. your self esteem is low and maybe that should be your focus, rather than try to improve anything else. it starts by treating yourself with respect and change the way you speak to yourself. it's not about improving or not. it's about understanding why you treat yourself like that and act with love towards yourself rather than hate. Hey buddy, I’m not sure why you’re focus on girls? There’s so much more in life than just having a girl like u. What about health and wealth? Do things to make yourself feel better, love yourself better. Pick up some hobbies that shifts your focus to yourself. One sport u like gives u better health and shifts your attention. Go travel and experience life elsewhere, see the world, that’s another joy. don't chase the girls first, I think you should start working on yourself then the girls will come to you. I suggest you start working out (calisthenics or gym), start doing skincare, get a good haircut, do a sport that is not that extreme because I don't want your heart to have a failure or something and I don't want to see you in the hospital, I suggest playing badminton or basketball but not playing those intense games, just playing casually.
