Auditors always the professional victims and yes a Presiding Judge has the authority under the limited public forum to restrict 1A in the courthouse. SCOTUS already ruled on this decades ago. What’s great is these cameras folks are going to continue to get further brings against them and more restrictions for all because they have no decorum.
